Compliance and Standard:

We adhere to TIA/EIA-568 data standards and ensure all installations within SANS 10142-1 safety protocols. Our scope of maintenance service covers the ICT network, hardware, peripherals and their ELV power requirements. For primary power feeds and maintenance to the Distribution Board powering the site, we collaborate with qualified electrical contractors IE/REC and other accredited professionals as required to ensure legal compliance and site safety

All hardware supplied is subject to the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and original manufacturer warranty

All wireless and telecommunications hardware supplied by Netwirx is ICASA Approved to ensure regulatory frequency alignment and consumer safety

Our network management and security services are governed by POPIA, ensuring the ethical handling of client data during transactions

All onsite operations are conducted under OHSA (Occupational Health and Safety Act, No. 85 of 1993), prioritizing a secure environment for both our on-site teams and your staff
