Netwirx transactional communications are via secure platforms. We indicate to use social platforms to facilitate interactions and to promote Netwirx. We are not responsible for the conduct, statements, or actions of users, clients, or third parties during or as a result of these interactions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from interactions through or with our company, including but not limited to loss of data and business transactions

Any disputes, claims, or issues arising between users and third parties are solely the responsibility of those parties
Netwirx will not be held liable to agreements, transactions, or communications conducted outside our immediate control and on public platforms
6. Data Storage and Security
- Customer data is stored securely on Zoho servers, which comply with international privacy standards
- Service inquiries submitted via Zoho Forms are encrypted and stored on Zoho’s infrastructure
- Communications via @netwirx.co.za and support@netwirx.zohodesk.com are archived securely in Truehost Mail and Zoho mail servers
- Outgoing correspondence is encrypted and transmitted via Mailjet outgoing email server
- All outgoing email correspondence is authenticated using SPF (Sender Policy Framework), DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail), and DMARC protocols to ensure trusted delivery, prevent spoofing, and protect against phishing (DMARC.org)
- WhatsApp Business communications are encrypted end‑to‑end
- Yoco payment transactions are processed securely via verified payment URLs issued only from @netwirx.co.za email addresses
Access to all data is restricted to authorised Netwirx personnel with authentication to sensitive information under Zero Trust security policy

- Social engagement
Netwirx does not sell or share customer data with unauthorised third parties. Data may be shared with service providers (Zoho, Truehost, Mailjet, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Yoco) for the purpose of delivering services
10. Data Retention
Netwirx applies retention and archival policies:
- Quote, Invoice and Payment Records: Securely archived for the legally required duration under applicable financial regulations
- Email Correspondence: Automatically archived on Truehost Mail servers and deleted within ninety (90) days, unless required by legal obligation
- Outgoing Mailjet Correspondence: Encrypted and transmitted securely, with delivery logs retained for compliance
Data is not retained longer than necessary and is permanently deleted once retention periods expire
